Joe Ross

General Manager

Joined our team in 2018. Joe was born and raised in Bangor, Maine.

He began his career working as the Manager of Strategy and Growth at a Public Affairs shop in Washington, DC working alongside the CEO in strategic planning, maintaining and improving day-to-day operations, business development and talent development.

After leaving Delve, he worked as a small business consultant focusing on strategic planning, digital marketing and organizational health.

He’s consulted for medical practices, tradesmen companies, non-profits, as well as doing contract work for an Organizational Health consulting company.

Joe holds his 215 (Health and Life) and his 220 (Property and Casualty) Insurance Licenses.

He has written articles and held consultations with clients discussing how improving management styles can reduce the cost of insurance.

Joe received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington, DC

Laci Ayala

Sales Consultant

Joined our team in 2020. Laci Ayala is a native, born at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

She got her 2-20 Insurance license back in 2006 and worked in personal lines Insurance industry for the last 14 years before joining the team in September.

Laci enjoys spending time with her family, working out and singing.

Mikayla Jodoin

Customer Service

Representative

Joined our team in 2020. Mikayla was born and raised in Sarasota Florida and attended Lakewood Ranch High School. After graduating from high school, Mikayla moved to Nashville, TN where she attended Volunteer State Community College.

Mikayla recently returned to the Sunshine State and has settled down in Sarasota with her two fur babies Jaco Knoxx and Ember Jayne.

Mikayla has an undeniable love for animals and has volunteered at Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue on Lorraine Road and was an assistant manager at Donte’s Den in Myakka City. Mikayla loves giving back and looks forward to continued volunteer opportunities.

Mikayla’s other interests include kayaking, hiking, boating and writing short stories.
